On 3 January 2026, Mosman Cricket Club opened its grounds to a truly special occasion – a Charity T20 bringing together the Barmy Army, the Richies, and local cricketing legends, all to raise funds for Parkinson’s Australia.
Cricket and community go hand in hand, and this event was a perfect example. Spectators and players came together for a day of sport, good spirit, and a shared commitment to supporting Australians living with Parkinson’s. The atmosphere on the day reflected exactly what community fundraising looks like at its best.
The Mosman Cricket Club and Barmy Army showed that you don’t have to run a marathon or swim a channel to make a difference – sometimes a great day out on the pitch is all it takes.
